Documentation
ISAX is an early concept. This page describes the intended design, not a live product.
What is ISAX?
ISAX is a proposed intent-based protocol that aims to simplify cross-chain transactions. Today only the website and a simulator exist.
What is intent-based execution?
Instead of building each transaction step (bridge, swap, gas), a user signs a statement of the outcome they want plus limits, such as a maximum fee. Others compete to fulfill it.
What is a solver?
A solver is an independent actor that finds and executes a route satisfying an intent. Solvers are typically rewarded for fulfilling it better than competitors. ISAX has no live solvers yet.
How does cross-chain execution work?
The planned flow: the user approves a route, assets are committed on the source chain, a solver delivers on the destination chain, and verification confirms delivery before the solver is paid. The mechanism is not yet designed or built, and cross-chain verification is a hard open problem.
Security considerations
- Smart contracts must be audited before holding real funds.
- Bridges and cross-chain messaging have a history of exploits.
- Solvers could collude or fail; the design needs fallbacks and enforced user limits.
- Users should never share private keys or seed phrases. ISAX will never ask for them.
- Test on testnets first.
Future role of the ISAX token
ISAX plans to introduce a native token in 2027, subject to readiness. It is not launched. No supply, price, contract address, listing or presale exists. Utility, tokenomics, smart contract design and audits are still being researched, and nothing here is a promise of returns.
